At MUZA OFFICIAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original MUZA packaging, ensuring all labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
